# User Listing

**`GET /accounts/`**

Returns a list of all user accounts, excluding those with Standard Registry and Auditor roles.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.ACCOUNTS_ACCOUNT_READ`
