# Activate the rule with the specified ID

**`PUT /api/v1/schema-rules/{ruleId}/activate`**

Activates the schema rule for the specified rule ID, enabling it to validate documents.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.SCHEMAS_RULE_CREATE`
