# Publish a Policy

**`PUT /policies/{policyId}/publish`**

Publishes the policy with the specified ID onto IPFS and sends a message with its IPFS CID into the corresponding Hedera topic.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.POLICIES_POLICY_REVIEW`
