# Stop Recording

**`POST /api/v1/record/{policyId}/recording/stop`**

Stops the active recording session for a policy and returns the captured recording as a ZIP file.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.POLICIES_RECORD_ALL`
