Returning all Schema Tags

GET /tags/schemas

Returns all tag schemas. Only users with the Standard Registry role are allowed to make the request.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.SCHEMAS_SCHEMA_READ
