POST /api/v1/tools/validate

Validates the configuration of the provided tool and returns a validation result.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.TOOLS_TOOL_UPDATE or Permissions.TOOLS_TOOL_REVIEW
