Creates New System Schema

POST /schemas/system/{username}

Creates new system schema. Only users with the Standard Registry role are allowed to make the request.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.SCHEMAS_SYSTEM_SCHEMA_CREATE
