# Creating a new formula

**`POST /api/v1/formulas`**

Creates a new formula and persists it to the database.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.FORMULAS_FORMULA_CREATE`
