# Publishes Tool into IPFS asynchronously

**`PUT /api/v1/tools/{id}/push/publish`**

Asynchronously publishes the tool with the specified tool ID onto IPFS and returns a task ID for polling the result.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.TOOLS_TOOL_REVIEW`
