# Returning list of all Retire Pools

**`GET /api/v1/contracts/retire/pools`**

Returns a paginated list of all retire pools. Accessible by Standard Registry and User roles.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.CONTRACTS_POOL_READ`
