# Import a Policy

**`POST /policies/import/message`**

Imports a new policy and all associated artifacts from IPFS into the local database using the Hedera message ID.

**Authentication:** Bearer token required (`Authorization: Bearer <token>`)

**Permission:** `Permissions.POLICIES_POLICY_CREATE`

### Error Responses
