Creation of Schema

POST /schemas/push/{topicId}

Creates a new schema under the specified topic asynchronously. Returns a task ID immediately; poll GET /tasks/{taskId} for the result.

Authentication: Bearer token required (Authorization: Bearer <token>)

Permission: Permissions.SCHEMAS_SCHEMA_CREATE
