# Selective Disclosure

Selective disclosure in the context of the Guardian policy workflow engine refers to the capability of the system to control and limit the disclosure of sensitive or confidential information based on predefined policies or access rules. It ensures that only authorized individuals or systems have access to specific data or information within the Guardian system, while restricting access to unauthorized users or entities.
